I was a hobby farmer in the Fraser Valley raising a small flock chickens, foraging for turkey tail mushrooms, and pruning apple and pear trees. These days I’m just a gardener growing garlic and tomatoes and writing about the land that I love so much. Below is a photo of a greenhouse that I share with a friend and neighbour. I do the planting, she has the land and we both enjoy the produce.
